One Hot Minute is a Peruvian and Chinese fusion pop-up, based in Los Angeles.

We’re Cesar and Sarina and we started One Hot Minute to share both our Peruvian and Chinese cultures through food.

Our goal is to create a community of people who are passionate about reducing their meat consumption, while still being able to eat delicious food.

Everything we make is handmade with love, from our patties, bread, taro chips, and beloved OHM sauce.
